With fall drawing near, I thought it would be appropriate to brew the seasonal beer of choice, the Oktoberfest. Everything went off as planned, however, I will admit, this is the first time I've brewed solo. I like the social aspect of brew day, but when necessity calls, you do what you have to!
I did an all grain recipe that made 10 gallons. My brewing system is pretty basic and consists mainly of converted 15 gallon kegs.
Now I just need to wait for fermentation to cease - and then enjoy the goodness!
